Last updated: April 4, 2026

Our commitment

Zelvar is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the user experience for everyone and applying relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance status

Partial compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Active remediation is ongoing.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

Known issues

We are aware of the following accessibility limitations and are actively working to address them:

Kanban board keyboard navigation

The drag-and-drop pipeline board does not support full keyboard navigation. Workaround: use the candidate list view (/candidates) for keyboard-only users.

Chart aria-labels

Some analytics charts (pipeline distribution, benchmark gauges) lack descriptive aria-labels. Screen readers may not convey the data accurately.

Mobile nav focus management

When the mobile navigation menu closes, focus does not always return to the trigger button.

Color contrast in hint text

Some hint/placeholder text may not meet the 4.5:1 contrast ratio required for WCAG AA.

Feedback and contact

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of Zelvar. If you experience accessibility barriers or need content in a different format, please contact us:

Technical specifications

Zelvar is built with Next.js 14 and relies on the following technologies for accessibility: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ARIA. We test with VoiceOver (macOS/iOS) and NVDA (Windows).
