Who We Are

Zelvar AI LLC (“Zelvar,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI-powered hiring platform used by employers to manage job applications and conduct candidate screening. When you apply for a position through a platform powered by Zelvar, you are interacting with Zelvar's technology on behalf of the hiring employer.

By using our platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting during application intake, you agree to receive automated text messages from Zelvar and the hiring employer. Messages may include: application confirmation, screening call scheduling, interview reminders, and status updates. Message frequency varies by application activity.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all messages.

Message & data rates may apply.

After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP at any time for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not withdraw your application.

AI Voice Screening

Employers using Zelvar may use an AI voice agent named “Sam” to conduct initial structured screening interviews by phone. Sam will clearly identify itself as an artificial intelligence at the start of every call — you are not speaking with a human recruiter.

You may end the call at any time. Your responses are analyzed to generate a screening summary reviewed by human hiring staff. All final hiring decisions are made by humans. Calls may be recorded with your prior consent; recordings are retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

Non-Discrimination

Zelvar's platform is designed to comply with federal and state employment non-discrimination laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and EEOC guidance on AI-assisted hiring tools.

Our AI screening evaluates only job-relevant qualifications as defined by the hiring employer. If you believe you have experienced discrimination in connection with an application processed through Zelvar, contact [email protected].

FCRA Rights

If a background check or consumer report is used in connection with your application, you will receive separate FCRA disclosure and authorization forms before any report is ordered. Your rights include:

  • The right to a copy of any consumer report used in a hiring decision
  • The right to know the name and contact information of the consumer reporting agency
  • The right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information
  • The right to be notified if adverse action is taken based on a report
  • The right to request human review of any automated decision

We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations in compliance with the ADA and applicable state law. Requests will be reviewed promptly and in good faith.

Your Data Rights

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which covers your rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of data processing. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise any right, contact [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

Zelvar provides its platform as a technology service to employers. Hiring decisions are made solely by the employer, not by Zelvar. Zelvar is not responsible for any employment decision made by an employer using our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zelvar's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use our services, or (b) $100 USD.

In no event will Zelvar be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
